The purpose of the assessment is to learn the various disabilities and levels of interest for adaptive activities and programs that would enhance full and meaningful participation of individuals with disabilities and their families beyond what is currently offered in our parishes and schools. In addition, it identifies volunteers interested in serving in a special needs ministry.
